Sales professionals can meet all client requirements, but without proper training, success remains stagnant.
That's why Pendulum Staffing has developed the Sales Success Accelerator Program.
This program ensures candidates possess the necessary qualities and a deep understanding of sales psychology, ready to be implemented within your sales team.
Our Sales Training Department provides one-on-one training with your recruit for a full week before onboarding. Over 90% of hires completing this process remain in their roles for at least one year.

Sales Launchpad: 1-Week Accelerator Program
Cost: $5,000 (for each new rep in the training class there will be an additional charge of $1,000 with a cap of $10,000 total. Once you’ve met the cap there is no additional charge per rep added to the training class.)
Description: Expert sales training from a seasoned 20-year industry veteran starting before your new hire officially joins your team. They will gain a comprehensive understanding of sales psychology, enabling them to convert prospects into customers by identifying underlying issues and presenting solution-based strategies. They will master the eight key components of a successful sales call and consistently apply them in real-world scenarios.

This comprehensive evaluation goes beyond mere review; it is a solution-oriented process that addresses all aspects of your sales operations, from onboarding and KPI tracking to ongoing training and one-on-one sales management coaching. By bringing on the best-trained sales professionals, you must optimize their performance and growth to guarantee long-term success in their roles.

Weekly 1 on 1 Coaching (Ideally these coaching sessions will be with either the Director of Sales or the Sales Manager. During these sessions we will be working on Leadership, Culture Building, How to conduct effective 1 on 1s with the sales team, and much more)

Onboarding (This will be an in-depth review of your entire onboarding procedure for new sales reps. This will go even further to ensure they see success in their role faster and stay in their role longer)

Continued Training (Review current ongoing training and create SOPs on how to effectively continue the development of your sales team. The number 1 downfall of any sales organization is complacency)

KPI (What data points do you track? How do you track them? How do you hold your Sales Team accountable to those numbers? And what do those numbers mean? In this portion, we will break down all key metrics that you are currently tracking and identify those you are not, but should be. Then we will help answer all of the above questions)

CRM (We will do an audit of how you are currently using your systems and then if necessary lay out a blueprint showing you exactly what changes need to be made to reach peak efficiency)
