  • Dedicated Talent Consultant -  we pair you with a consultant who aligns with your company and culture, guiding you through the process of building a recruitment center of excellence within your organization. Your consultant will collaborate with you on the specific tools, systems, processes, and training needed to consistently hire top talent.

  • Ongoing Support -  your Talent Consultant will guide you through your first three hires, ensuring you effectively apply the course principles. This hands-on support helps you build a hiring strategy that stands out from the rest.

Silver Package

  • Bronze Package+ - you'll still get everything included in the bronze package to build a strong foundation and recruit top talent on your own. We'll help you build your own recruitment department, fully prepared for growth and ready to take your business to the next level.

  • Tailored Quarterly Recruitment - when you need access to a wider talent pool or simply have other pressing priorities, your Talent Consultant will recruit for a position of your choice each quarter. This tier is designed for companies that aim to create an internal center of excellence, but could use additional support for more challenging, niche, or leadership positions.

  • Flexibility - we understand your recruitment needs may vary, so we offer the option to roll over your quarterly hire, recruit for two positions in a given quarter, or add on extra key hires at a fraction of the cost compared to traditional staffing agencies.

Gold Package

  • Silver Package+ - along with everything in the bronze and silver packages, this tier is tailored for small and medium-sized businesses with higher hiring demands. It’s ideal for companies that can’t dedicate a full-time resource to recruitment, are experiencing rapid growth, or have a higher volume of hiring needs.

  • Ongoing Expert Staffing - the gold package includes recruitment for 10 positions within a year of signing up, offering you full flexibility on when to hire each role (with the option for more at a discounted rate). Beyond recruitment, your Talent Consultant will partner with you at every step to ensure you develop and implement a winning recruitment strategy in your organization.

  • Your Own Recruitment Center of Excellence - your dedicated Talent Consultant will integrate seamlessly into your company, just like an in-house recruiter. You can provide them with a company email to enhance your employer branding and ensure that your recruitment is handled by an expert, securing top talent for your business.
